This policy explains what data is processed when you visit the FlexiLog website, how cookies are used and what your rights are. The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, and UK GDPR where applicable) applies to visitors from Europe; Turkish Law No. 6698 (KVKK) applies to visitors from Turkey.

When you visit, our web server temporarily stores technical data such as IP address, date and time, page visited and browser for security and operation, based on our legitimate interest.
Forms, WhatsApp and email
Information you send us is used only to answer your request and carry out your move. International moves may require sharing data with customs authorities, insurers and partners in the country of origin or destination.

Third-party services
- Google Maps: the map on the contact page loads only after you click “Load map”.
- Fonts: all fonts are served from our own server.
- Instagram / WhatsApp: links only; no data is shared unless you click.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability (Art. 15–21 GDPR) and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Contact us via our contact page.
